Embrace it and learn from it. When starting out what you will see might be simply an image or a voice speaking, a color, an emotion or even a brief vision of an event unfolding.

If you want to reclaim your clairvoyant powers as they exist inside you, meditation can help you increase self-awareness and let you access these thoughts freely. Meditation also allows you to let daily stresses and negative beliefs and thoughts fall away, so that once you’ve released them, you become clearer and do not let them reenter your life.

Instead of permitting those negative energies to come back within you, you need to open your mind to the things that the universe needs to tell you. All you need to do is listen, even though at first the things it tells you will be murky images, or may just not make very much sense.

Later on those visions will become much clearer and you’ll actually be able to understand them. As the visions get better you’ll better understand what is happening, and what is going to happen later on. You can also try yoga classes, or independent study to help your powers to grow and your spiritual connection to get better. Remember that there is also a lot of reading material on this topic!

Of course this is coming from my experience as a San Diego wedding photographer.So I have had the experience of dealing with couples who are on a tight budget.But I also met couples who do not worry about the price.  Of course if money is tight you can’t get an expensive photographer. A couple really don’t have a choice at that point.They can’t do anything with regards to how much they would spend.But if they are patient and go find and interview some photographers then they might just get a very good one.All they have to do is be patient and go and interview photographers.

But if a couple does not worry about their budget then they should definitely look for the best one.Why should they go and look for the best?Because a wedding just happens once and it is a very special day for them as a couple.Do not choose photographers that are of mediocre talent because you are giving them the task of captuirng the special moments on your equally special day.  I have had many people tell me they regretted not going with my San Diego photographer business because of price.The main reason for this is because they were not satisified with the quality that they got from their photographer.

First of all, find a comfortable seat to engage in vision therapy. Rub your hands together until you have generated some warmth. Close your eyes and cover them with your palms. You should not put any pressure on your eyes. Make sure no light is entering the eyes. Imagine a deep area of blackness and concentrate on that blackness. Evenly and slowly start to take deep breaths as you are thinking of something happy. Begin to visualize a distant scene. When your eyes do not see anything but blackness, move your hands away from your eyes and repeat this.

For anywhere from three to five seconds, you should close your eyes tightly, then open them for another three to five seconds. Do this for about seven to eight times.

As you are sitting in a comfortable chair, roll your eyes clockwise, then roll them counter-clockwise. Do this five times and blink in between those times.

Sit in front of a window, put a mark on the window. This could be a small sticker that is either red or black. Look through that mark and then focus on something that is far around for about fifteen seconds. The,focus on that mark again. As you see, there are many simple eye exercises that you can do.

Maintaining good vision is very important, as much as 80% of the information you obtain from the world around you is received through your eyesight! First thing I want to say is that the kind of equipment that you have makes a lot of difference.In other words, you can't expect a mere point-and-click camera to take great night shots.It just isn't equipped enough to do that.  As a San Diego wedding photographer I have had to learn that only cameras made to take photos at night will work.It does not mean that a camera should be made as a night camera but it should instead have the capability to take photos in the dark.This one tip is not free and could be very expensive.But as soon as you can buy a well-equipped camera then that would be the start of your taking great night photos.

Second tip I would give is to not over-rely on the flash of your camera.You know what I am saying if you already experienced taking photos at night. It is something I had to learn as a San Diego photographer not to rely on the flash.Instead, use your camera's features and use it well.Learn the capabilities of your camera and know also the circumstances where it will work best.This will be of big help to beginners since they can pre-program their cameras to take good shots at certain circumstances.

Finally use a special lens to reduce camera shake.  Taking photos of many events as helped me realize the problem of camera shake.  So doing San Diego event photography has helped me gain experience.I discovered some lenses that can reduce this shake.This will result to your taking clearer night time photos. 

So there you go.Abiding by these steps will improve your skills in taking photos at nighttime.
